Over the last 6-7 years, I've done extensive research (as I should be) on exactly what inclusions should be required in a home and what is asked for the most.
My ultimate goal is to ensure the house is built to such a high standard that you don't need to spend any more money on the house to ensure it becomes your home!

This is important for a few reasons and the main reason is once you are approved for your own home I don't want you spending your money, out of your own pocket once the loan is approved.
